Episode 12: Planned Obsolescence

Jay returns for an interesting (trust me, on this) discussion with Craig and Scott on planned obsolescence. What is that, you ask...so does Craig...well, you know how your phone always used to start to die just as you would be getting to the end of your three-year contract. What a coincidence! Yeah, dastardly stuff like that. The conversation goes through how it started and some other examples of this shadiness. So, cozy up to the bar, it's time for another round.

Episode 11: 50th Anniversary of Jaws

For your Thursday morning episode, Craig and Scott got together at an early hour (Craig was a fan of this, Scott was not) and welcomed Jay and his vast knowledge of classic movies, to the podcast. The gentlemen got together for the expressed purpose of celebrating one of the most iconic films of all time, Jaws. That's right, Jaws turns 50 on June 20, 2025, so we're dropping this one as close to that date as we can get. The guys discuss whether Jaws is a horror or a thriller, talk about some little known facts they found and do a little trivia. It's a fun episode...and don't worry...you're not gonna need a bigger podcast player. (Goddammit...I've gotta apologize for that joke...so bad). Alright, roll 'em!

Here's your Monday morning episode, and we've got a good one for you...not that we'd tell you if we thought we mailed it in. Ryan returns for another go 'round on an interesting topic. The summer of 1969...a lot more happened that just Bryan Adams getting his first real six-string. From amazing technological advances, to iconic music to crimes that still haunt us today. It's amazing to line these events up and see just how close they were in time proximity. So, grab your favorite beverage and come along for the ride. We've got a lot to talk about.

Episode 9: Fantasy, Props and Parlays...Oh my!

For your Thursday morning episode, the guys from Just What We Need...Another Podcast, welcome their first guest, Ryan Hallam, who works in the field of fantasy sports. He's here to talk about how fantasy sports and online sports gambling have completely changed how many people watch sports. This isn't a "who should I start at running back" episode, more of a "how did we ever live without The Red Zone channel?" episode. If you've ever played a prop bet, put together a parlay or just bet five bucks on a game, you know it makes everything more interesting. Let's hope it makes this episode more interesting. They need all the help they can get. NO button...honestly.

Episode 8: The Art of Randomness 2

Here's the highlight of your Monday morning commute, whether it be on the road, or from the bed to the laptop, Craig and Scott have you covered. With a positive response to the original randomness episode (okay, one person said it didn't completely suck) Craig and Scott go to the well again. There's a little Dead or Alive, The Slogan Game, What If? and plenty more quick hitters to make your drive fly by. Join the boys in another romp through nonsense. 

Episode 7: A Hauntingly Good Time

The first of the Monday/Thursday episodes you can count on...for your Thursday morning commute (or whenever you get to it) Craig and Scott give their opinions on the question: Do you believe in ghosts? The conversation goes all over the place from haunted locations, ghostly experiences, floating orbs and a whole lot more. They might not get to the bottom of this mystery, but you'll get a laugh and they might just give you something to think about as you ponder your own answer to the question. Enjoy!

Episode 6: The Art of Tailgating

Here's your Monday morning episode early! Craig and Scott are back on the road, well, technically in a parking lot, as they record while tailgating in the CitiField lot before the Los Angeles Dodgers vs. New York Mets game. There's some baseball talk, money talk and a few funny stories. The sounds of the party can be heard in the background as the guys do their best to entertain you. Go easy on them. They're trying. 

Episode 5: There's No Place Like Home...Or Is There?

On the ride home from the Alice Cooper concert, Craig poses a question that at first seems ridiculous, but, after some discussion, holds some real merit. Take a trip down the yellow brick road as Craig and Scott break down the idea that an all-time favorite family movie is actually horror in disguise. I have a feeling we're not in Utica anymore.

Episode 4: Welcome to My Nightmare

Craig and Scott are on the road to the Stanley Theater in Utica, NY to see legendary rocker Alice Cooper. Craig sets an unfortunate ground rule for this episode and then the discussion revolves around Alice and music in general with random interjections by Scott that have nothing to do with the conversation. Also, a new feature is added to help Craig be less cringy. It's a good time on the road with this pair. Give it a listen!

Episode 3: The Art of Randomness

Craig and Scott go on an adventure in randomness as Craig unveils a list of completely random topics for discussion. We won't reveal what the topics are, but suffice to say they are extremely random and lead to some good stories and rants. (Maybe I should use the word 'random' one more time. Oh, look at that.
